  • iGUGU GAMECORE is a solution that allows you to organize and play the games that are installed on your PC, or available on the Internet from your favorite web gaming sites and MMOs (Massively Multiplayer Online games).  iGUGU enables you to search for online games, play web-based games and download games from the iGUGU gaming server for free.

    In addition, iGUGU GAMECORE allows you to connect your PC to your TV and enables you to control it wirelessly using the intuitive, ergonomic, lightweight GAMECORE controller that incorporates a trackball mouse, full QWERTY keyboard, joystick, directional pad, and motion sensors.

    2- How is the GAMECORE controller powered?
    The controller uses 4 AAA batteries. There is no need for a charger and the batteries can be immediately replaced when they are running low, eliminating the need to wait for the controller to recharge.

    3- What is the range of the controller?
    The wireless range of the controller is 32 ft (10 Meters).

    4- What kind of wireless frequency does the controller use?
    It uses 2.4 Ghz Radio Frequency.

    5- Will the controller work with any gaming console?
    The GAMECORE controller is designed to work only with a PC.

    6- What are the main system requirements for my PC?
    The supported PC Operating systems are Windows XP®*, Windows Vista ®* and
    Windows 7®*. 

    7- How does my PC receive the commands from the GAMECORE controller?
    The PC receives the input from the wireless controller through a receiver that is connected to the PC via USB 2.0.  This 3-in-1 receiver receives the mouse, keyboard and joystick signals.

    8- Do the games have to be specifically designed for Motion-Sensing?
    The PC games do not have to be designed for motion-sensing.  The GAMECORE controller allows you control the games using the natural movement of your body, which creates an intuitive, realistic gaming experience especially in driving/racing games and flight simulators.
     
    9- How do I connect my PC to my TV?
    iGUGU GAMECORE is available with two methods to connect the PC to your TV based on your needs:

    a) Mid range Connection: Connect your PC directly to your TV using a 6.5 ft VGA cable with embedded audio jack.  This is an ideal solution for use with laptops or when your desktop PC is located near the TV.

    b) Long range Connection: Connect a receiver box to your TV using either a VGA cable with embedded audio jack or an HDMI Cable.  A transmitter box is connected to your PC via USB 2.0.  The two boxes are connected together using the supplied 65-ft Flat G-Cable®.  This is an ideal solution if you have your PC permanently sitting in a different room.

    We know that you don’t want to miss a millisecond of your gaming which is why iGUGU GAMECORE offers only wired solutions.  By utilizing a wired connection we’re eliminating latency, because we understand that a second lost may be the difference between losing and winning.

    10- Does the GAMECORE Controller work only with the iGUGU GAMECORE Software?
    Although the GAMECORE controller has been optimized for use as a critical component of our hardware-software solution, you can choose to use the GAMECORE controller by itself to play your games.

    11- Is there a subscription fee to access or download the games in the iGUGU GAMECORE server?
    No.  All that is required to access the games on the iGUGU GAMECORE server is to install the iGUGU GAMECORE software in your PC.

    12- Where can I buy iGUGU GAMECORE?
    You can buy iGUGU GAMECORE through this website and will soon be available through authorized retailers nationwide.

    13- Can I use multiple GAMECORE controllers at the same time on the same computer?
    You can only use one GAMECORE controller for each PC.

    14- Does iGUGU GAMECORE work on ANY computer game?
    Yes.  iGUGU GAMECORE will enable you to control any game that is made for the PC.

    15- Can functions on the iGUGU GAMECORE controller be customized?
    Yes, you can customize the functions and some keys through game settings.  Most keys on the controller can be assigned to specific commands.

    16- Does iGUGU GAMECORE support high-definition gaming?
    Yes, iGUGU GAMECORE will enable you to control games in high-definition but this feature also depends on your PC graphics card, internal memory and processor.

    17- Is there any latency between the wireless controller and the computer?
    No.  The communication between the wireless controller and the computer are in real time.
